This book is great for those struggling with debt and saving money. One member mentioned, “Dave has great suggestions for how to get debt under control and steps for investing in your future.” In this book, Ramsey emphasizes financial fitness in different stages and describes all of the steps in each stage. From ditching approval seeking from those around you to being generous, Dave Ramsey walks you down the path of financial growth and independence. Even if you’re just looking for a few tips and aren’t ready to completely commit to Dave Ramsey’s “makeover,” the good news is that you can follow whichever steps you want to and any of them will get you a little closer to reaching your financial goals.

Amanda Steinberg is the founder and CEO of DailyWorth.com, which is a site that offers a multitude of tips for financial success. With financial tips ranging from student debt to retirement, Steinberg’s blog offers any kind of advice you and your finances may be looking for. Her book, Worth It, is more than just another “how to save money and budget” book. It goes deeper into uncovering issues you may not even realize that may be holding you back from financial freedom and security. Covey offers tips for these habits that will lead you down a path of success and happiness, while loving yourself and respecting others.
